Craig R. Jablonski
Craig is a founder, executive, and investor with a career defined by building technology companies and creating lasting enterprise value. He is dedicated to shaping businesses that generate meaningful impact for the industries they serve.
Craig is an operator at the core, with a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams from the ground up—teams that create compelling products, strong unit economics, and enduring brands.
In 2010, Craig co-founded Career Now Brands (“CNB”) and served as CEO for more than a decade. Under his leadership, CNB grew from a bootstrapped startup into a technology-driven business serving hundreds of enterprise clients, millions of users, and nearly 200 employees.
In 2021, Craig and his co-founder partnered with a middle-market private equity firm to accelerate CNB’s next chapter of growth. He now serves as Executive Chairman, helping guide long-term strategy and leadership direction.
Today, Craig is focused on the next wave of technology disruption, particularly the ways AI, automation, and software can reshape traditional industries. He also serves as an Operating Partner at Mudita Venture Partners, a founder-focused venture capital firm investing in B2B AI, SaaS, and technology companies.
Craig lives with his wife and three children in Birmingham, Michigan, and Naples, Florida. He graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University with a degree in Marketing and Economics.
Benjamin G. Onnie
Ben is a visionary entrepreneur known for his relentless drive to challenge norms and achieve results. As COO and Co-founder of Career Now Brands (“CNB”), he has championed a customer-first ethos while drawing on nearly two decades of recruitment expertise with enterprise fleets and CDL schools.
Ben’s career began in the trucking industry, sparking a passion for innovation within a traditional sector. That experience laid the foundation for the creative and impactful solutions that became CNB. Today, CNB has grown into a tech-driven leader in recruitment marketing, serving the trucking, education, and mass labor markets.
Colleagues describe Ben as an entrepreneur’s entrepreneur—a problem solver with grit at the ground level. Going from zero to one isn’t just a challenge; it’s a way of life.
Ben’s passion lies at the intersection of discovery and technology. In today’s era, that means going all-in on AI and the countless ways it can disrupt traditional sectors. Industries will evolve, economics will shift, and value will be captured by those who move first.
Ben is a cigar aficionado and lives in Birmingham, MI, with his wife and children. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Supply Chain Management.

M1 is a nod to our hometown of Detroit.
Woodward Avenue, also known as M1, is one of Michigan’s most historic roads and the main artery connecting Detroit to its surrounding communities. Each year, it becomes the center of the Woodward Dream Cruise, a celebration of automotive culture that draws enthusiasts from across the country.
For Craig and Ben, M1 represents forward motion, ambition, and a deep connection to the entrepreneurial spirit of Detroit, a city built by people who turned machinery and technology into industries that impact humanity.
