M1 is a founder-led family office created by tech entrepreneurs Craig Jablonski and Ben Onnie, two operators who have built and scaled businesses from zero to exit. Our perspective was shaped in the trenches of building startups, and today we apply that same discipline and grit to capital allocation.

We invest opportunistically across venture, private equity, real estate, and select direct opportunities, but our center of gravity remains clear: AI, SaaS, and technology-enabled businesses creating leverage in real-world industries.
